While working in real estate, Carson learned that a homeowner was entitled to surplus funds but had no clear way to access them. He stepped in, learned the process, and helped recover the money.

That experience became the reason he founded C&J: to give people clear guidance through a process that can otherwise feel confusing.

Carson Jacobs

A New York native with more than seven years of real estate experience, Carson founded C&J after helping a homeowner recover surplus funds they were entitled to but had no clear way to access.

Background

Known for his integrity, sharp decision-making, and strong ethical foundation, Carson has built his career on trust and results. A devoted father of two daughters, his family values guide both his personal and professional life. His background as a collegiate athlete, coach, and referee shaped the discipline, leadership, and team-first mindset he brings to the firm.

Matt Kolesar

Matt brings a people-first approach backed by more than eight years of experience in marketing, advertising, and client relations.

Background

A lifelong New Yorker, Matt and Carson have been friends since preschool. That foundation of trust, loyalty, and shared values now guides their work together, while Matt helps clients navigate unfamiliar situations with clarity, responsiveness, positivity, and genuine care.

Joe brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach shaped by his background in real estate and personal fitness.

Background

A New York native, Joe spent more than four years working alongside Carson in real estate, fixing and flipping properties. His earlier work as a personal fitness trainer strengthened the consistency and accountability he brings to each matter.
